Alluring violet, cherry and raspberry aromas set the stage for cherry cola and berry jam flavors with hints of spicy earth, toasty oak and a wonderfully silky smooth finish. This light-bodied, balanced wine received Gold at the 2018 Houston Livestock and Rodeo, Gold from the San Francisco Chronicle in 2018 and 94 Points - Platinum from the 2019 San Diego International. Serve this fruit-forward dry red wine for formal or casual occasions. It pairs well with mushroom risotto, herbed lamp chops and roast turkey. During the wine making process, winemakers cold-ferment the juice in stainless steel tanks and briefly age the wine to preserve the aromas and flavors. This wine has 13.3% alcohol by volume.
